In this dissertation , the radiometric calibration of camera was performed , and researched the influence of non - uniformity of sensors response to calibration , calibration precision was improved by reducing the influence of random noise to calibration by processing the data of calibration by using wiener filtration . the radiometric calibration coefficients are determined by measuring the output data of camera and the temperature of blackbody 本文對紅外相機(jī)進(jìn)行輻射定標(biāo),研究了探測器響應(yīng)的非均勻性對定標(biāo)的影響,并通過采用wiener濾波技術(shù)對所采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行濾波處理,減小隨機(jī)噪聲對定標(biāo)的影響,提高了定標(biāo)的精度,最后通過測量黑體溫度和相機(jī)輸出數(shù)據(jù)完成紅外相機(jī)輻射定標(biāo)。
